Shipping Policy
Due to the rising costs of Royal Mail postage, we have unfortunately had to up our own shipping costs. We now have 3 options:

1st Class Recorded: £4.68
2nd Class Recorded: £4.20
Special Delivery: £8.85
International Tracked and signed: £16.68

We offer free Second Class Recorded Delivery on orders over £40.
Once you’ve placed your order, your item(s) will be posted via Royal Mail and aims to be with you within 5 days depending on the shipping option you have selected.
All international deliveries, will be sent 'International Tracked and Signed', this can take up to 10-14 business days to reach your destination but can take up to 28 days for your parcel to reach you. Your goods may be subject to customs charges and fees. You will have to pay these before the parcel is released to you. The customs authorities in their respective destination country determine if these charges are due on imported goods. Please contact the embassy or customs authority in your country for help.
Return & Exchange Policy
We are able to offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please note:

Items must be returned within 10 days of receiving our confirmation email and return address

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5 business days, excluding postage costs

When returning your order, please package the items well and include your order confirmation, name, email address and order number

Discounted items cannot be returned

Returned items must be in the same condition (fur and dirt free!) that they were originally sent to you in (please do try it on, but don't let your dog wear it out!)

You are responsible to cover postage costs and we recommend returning your item(s) by Recorded Delivery to ensure we receive it
